130 Calorie Smoothie
- 1 cup frozen strawberries (50)
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries (40)
- 1/2 of an 80 calorie yogurt (40)
- 1-2 artificial sweeteners
- Water until its all blendible
Blend together until smooth, its super good and only 130 calories <3
Apple Blueberry Oatmeal
- 1 packet 100 calorie oatmeal (100)
- 3/4 cup water
- 12 blueberries (10)
- 1/2 unsweetened apple sauce cup (25)
- 2 artificial sweeteners
- Sprinkle of cinamon
- 1 tsp vanilla
Mix it all together, then microwave for 1 minute. Take out and stir. Microwave for another minute. Take out and stir again, then let sit for about a minute. Make sure it cools well before eating, I burned my mouth on this stuff! 135 calories <3
