130 Calorie Smoothie

  1. 1 cup frozen strawberries (50)
  2. 1/2 cup frozen blueberries (40)
  3. 1/2 of an 80 calorie yogurt (40)
  4. 1-2 artificial sweeteners
  5. Water until its all blendible

Blend together until smooth, its super good and only 130 calories <3

Apple Blueberry Oatmeal

  1. 1 packet 100 calorie oatmeal (100)
  2. 3/4 cup water
  3. 12 blueberries (10)
  4. 1/2 unsweetened apple sauce cup (25)
  5. 2 artificial sweeteners
  6. Sprinkle of cinamon
  7. 1 tsp vanilla

Mix it all together, then microwave for 1 minute. Take out and stir. Microwave for another minute. Take out and stir again, then let sit for about a minute. Make sure it cools well before eating, I burned my mouth on this stuff! 135 calories <3
